This seasonal outdoor weekly event takes place Mondays on our lawn in Plaza Midwood. Each class is guided by a local Yoga Instructor. This one hour class is sure to kick off your week right and eliminate the case of the Monday. Stay after class to enjoy $4 wine glasses and $4 Charlotte draft beers! Class will be cancelled if there is thunder, lightening and/or sever weather. Namaste
